ANNUAL Weiss Grove Meeting Vote Proxy Form

ONLY FOR MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING – CURRENT WITH ANNUAL DUES
This is the form to use if you cannot be present at the annual meeting, and would like your vote to count! You may complete the form, scan and email it to: Andre LaBonte: andrelabonte6@gmail.com.

FRANK P. SANTORO CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

RENTAL FEE: $100.00 in advance

ONLY FOR MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING – CURRENT WITH ANNUAL DUES

The Frank P. Santoro Clubhouse is available for use by all members of WGCA in good standing.
Please complete the form, scan and email it to: Andre LaBonte: andrelabonte6@gmail.com.

We will advise you by email or phone whether the date is available, or provide alternative open dates.
The clubhouse is equipped with a stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, two small beverage refrigerators, sink (no hot water) tables and chairs. You may decorate and set up the night before your rental date, by request. You are responsible for clean up and the clubhouse must be free of all debris and garbage or a $50.00 fee will be assessed to the member. For your convenience a portable bathroom and dumpsters are provided by the grove – next to the clubhouse.
